Roots Run Deep

Since 1997, Ariston’s products have been greatly received by the public. It all started in the spring of 1997 as a small family business, first bringing in to Connecticut cold press extra virgin olive oil that was and still is produced by the family in the Kalamata region of Greece.

For over four generations the family has been harvesting olives and producing this green-gold elixir we call Extra Virgin Olive oil. Always maintaining the traditional methods of olive oil producing, they eventually incorporated high-end technics, only to come up with the finest of products, the precious EVOOs.

Taste. Aroma. Texture. All in good measure “παν μέτρον άριστον” (pan metron ariston), as ancient Greeks used to say. All in perfect balance, only to offer you the purest of high quality treats. Gods’ nectar: olives, oil, marmalades, honey and vinegars.

It’s not just the finest of koroneiki variety olives the family uses. Nor is it just the cold press method that they apply in producing their premium quality EVOOs. It’s also the urge to take the products a step further and to offer you novelties that will make your life easier, healthier, better!

It’s true. We are what we eat!
Research has shown that well balanced eating results to healthier and better lifestyle. The Mediterranean diet -mostly inspired by the traditional eating patterns of Greece- forms such a model. Based on high consumption of olive oil, fruits and vegetables among other raw food, it helps achieving a good and much more healthier life standard to all.

Healthy Excellence

Тhe family of farmers combined tradition with modernity to obtain the major expression and the best of their cultivations. They use the latest technological advances for olives such as fly techniques for the vegetative use, periodical analysis of ground al leaf, as well as growth exhaustive control and the vegetative renovation this tree needs. Every harvest, they select only the best quality olives in their optimum maturation moment to get intense aromas, green fruity, equilibrium, intense and complex elegant structure and exquisite oils elaborated at a very low temperature. Unique aromas that remind us of the reminiscences of the plants and flora that live together in the olive field are the result of an agriculture that deeply respects the environment.
